Shipping rates cover up to 4 CutiePacks per box. For larger orders, feel free to email us for a custom quote. Otherwise, the system will automatically charge extra shipping for every 4 packs.

🔮 How long does delivery take? ⌛
We work hard and lovingly prepare your CutiePacks to get them ready and ship them out within 1 to 2 business days, making sure they’re on their way to you as quickly as possible!
📨You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Here’s what to expect after shipping:
🇳🇱 Netherlands: around 1 week
🇪🇺 Europe: between 1–2 weeks
🌍Outside Europe: approx. 2 weeks to 1 month

We don’t use one-size-fits-all. Each CutiePack is sent in a box that fits its size and content perfectly.

Our CutiePacks are designed for teens and adults who love fun and cute surprises, but they're not suitable for young children.
Since each pack may include small parts or delicate items that could be dangerous for babies or toddlers, we recommend our packs for ages 12 and up.
Always keep small items out of reach of little ones 💕 Safety first!
